Dashboard

The dashboard module is designed to give you a quick overview of the activities in the CMS since you last logged in.

Quick summary

The right top column show the different tasks awaiting you. It show the number of documents awaiting your attention, and documents you are waiting for input from someone else. For example if you have requested an editor to delete a specific document, it is listed as a pending task.

The left top column show the last updated content in the cms, and when the content was changed. You can also filter the list to only show the content you are associated with.

The dashboard also displays visit statistics for the last 7 days and the last 60 days, to give to you two ways to compare the current traffic with historical data.

Realtime statistics

In most projects we use Google Analytics to track website statistics. While Google Analytics is very powerful, it has a big drawback. The data presented there is quite old. So in order to understand exactly what is happening on the your website in realtime, we have created a realtime statistics summary showing some key metrics that Google Analytics isn't suitable for. Some of the data presented:

Google Analytics integration

Webnodes CMS can be integrated with Google Analytics. When configured, you can access Google Analytics from our CMS without logging in.
